We go for beer, wait for the test reports to come in, and sure enough this is good. Come back and commit… Wow, we’ve spent a whole day on the IDLE LOOP! But man was it worth it.

And the results:

Now, ami gets 105 MB/sec.
My laptop goes from 12 MB/sec to 25 MB/sec…
Nate’s laptop goes from 12 MB/sec to 40 MB/sec…

Linux Hackathon anyone? Anyone?

To tell you everything I have to start from the wednesday when I asked from Tuljo, whether he is going to go to Saaremaa for the weekend. The answer was - 70% yes, 30% no and the numbers will be fixed on friday morning.
On friday morning it turned out that yes was 100% and when the time reached 5 o’clock we were already on the ferry. Two more hours - and I was already grilling and playing volleyball (first time outside :P). Later watched few movies at Brait’s place and got home at about 5 o’clock in the morning.
Up early, (8.30) and visited grandparents. Back to town and back behind the wheel as we drive to see the house a guy called Amish had bought. The house was in a quite bad condition mainly because it’s been 5 years since anyone has lived there. So when the house was seen we drove to Joku’s sauna where we made some firewood while waiting for sauna to heat up.
After sauna we ate and then it was time for Matsa’s birthday party (we were already ~1.5 hours late). Party was awesome and later we all went to the nightclub (except some of us who were either too drunk or too young :P)…
Sunday started with a quite bad headache… no wonder, because I had drank vodka, tequila and finally tried to dilute the contents of my belly with some wine. So after I woke up at ~1 o’clock I felt really bad. But as I had promised to help my father in the forest to help him clean up the storm damages I couldn’t sleep longer. Off the woods we went, the sun was hot, lot’s of mosquitos and the logs were sooo heavy. The result was quite predictable: I managed to throw up when we started to go back home :D.
Slept about 30 minutes when I got home, showered and finally felt a bit better but it was already time to leave…
Back in Tallinn again :/
